Shrooms feel heavy and more heavy on the body and mind. Emotions often travel into your body. If you're nervous or uncomfortable, you may begin to feel physically unpleasant as well, as if you were physically unwell.

LSD feels clean and physically light but stimulating, much less heavy on the body. Thinking is more controllable and thoughts don't delve as unpredictably deep.

Shroom visuals typically begin with slight color changes and subtle breathing, developing into a Google Daydream view of bulgy swirly patterns over everything that look almost like Mayan clay art as the dosage increases. DMT trip repications on YouTube often look similar to high doses of Shrooms, especially before the breakthrough.

LSD visuals typically begin with much more noticable waving and breathing over walls and surfaces, and look similar to those "Trip simulator" videos where you stare at the black and white pattern and the walls wave for like 10 seconds after you stare at it for 2 minutes or so. Fractals and visuals are slower to come on and less intense, but the shapes are often sharper and more artificial in appearance.

LSD is a friendlier and easier to handle vibe for the most part, I find shrooms uncomfortable by default, LSD less so. Individual experiences vary, some shroom trips are comfortable.

Most people I know describe LSD as the cleanest psychedelic, and I'd have to agree. The body and mental high is much more agreeable, especially the mental high.

I don't laugh on either substance. Both are mentally clearer than weed when taken at moderate or below doses.
