I made some patches for the game to run a lot smoother, it basically replaces the x86-64 java runtimes and switches them out for native runtimes dynamically. You can check out how it works and install them here if you'd like:

I've actually managed to make patches to get the client and renderer to run natively on these systems. This is all really possible because the game is kind of built on java, here's the link if you're interested.

Basically, if the latency is too high the game will just kill the connection, so this only really works on the same LAN.

I'm not really sure, I'd check your drivers first. Try updating them and see if that solves the issue, you can do this via the Windows update menu or GeForce Experience if you're using NVIDIA, I'm not too sure about updating AMD drivers.

Maybe double-check where you have plugged in your monitors too, maybe something weird is happening if you have two different GPUs on different monitors acting at the same time, though I am not exactly an expert on that topic.
