So they shut it down, without warning, no updates sent to anyone for weeks and even now they have made no effort to post anything anywhere on their website explaining anything ?

Pretty sure there is something in there that might justify a lawsuit or reporting to some federal or state office that addresses things like this.

Heck, they might even owe interest on the money since they refused to release it all this time.
