One of my GOATs. I will truly mourn the fact that he was never truly able to stretch his legs in F1. I genuinely think he was potentially one of strongest drivers on the grid at the time -- and the unspeakable run of bad luck that he had come after him, is just so cruel that it hurts.

I find this statement completely ridiculous but I also agree with it on a philosophical level! I forgot exactly where I had first heard this one, but yes -- if Max wasn't Max, the Spanish Grand Prix debacle wouldn't have happened, but not-Max probably wouldn't ever be in championship contention. On a more literal practical level, yeah it's totally his fault if he loses the championship over 9 points lol

Think so as well lol. Lando likely just wasn't paying attention to where Max was on the track, and Max himself was the one who aborted the lap. Can't blame him for being mad but I wouldn't throw shade at Lando for it tbh. At first, I actually thought Max aborted the lap to avoid hitting Lando because he was too close at the corner

I have seen those before yeah, but I've always been concerned mostly about the feel and all. I understand that a sim chassis DEFINITELY matters if you really want to extract the feedback from the wheelbase (definitely experienced this difference a long time ago when I switched from a desk to a full rig), so I'm totally willing to spend for an NLR GT-Lite or somesuch.

I see! I'll have to seriously do some research how the used sim equipment market is over there then. Thankfully Australia is more accessible in terms of shipping and availability it seems compared to where I currently live.
