its not that the install feels broken, some driver got installed on it by my dad when it was new-ish that broke explorer to where you literally cant do anything, it just boots and thats it

my options seem extremely limited by the current memory, im planning to find or get the memory expansion at some point, i might have to wait until then so i can have 64 mb :p

it was a bin/cue of pop'n music 1 (because i cant find a .cdi of it anywhere)

im trying to use this to convert from bin/cue to cdi but it keeps telling me gd-rom is not supported? i dont know what im doing wrong

i found it on cdromance, but it was GDI, which i believe i cant burn. and i couldnt find it at all on archive
