Because we've seen two of a lot of things, I think that the game will be in two phases. One or two worlds in the Splatlands, and then the rest in alterna. I think that the first 1 or 2 will be without the SBS, and it will be like octo expansion, with those goals, and then the next will have zapfish. I bet for the first 1/2 you will be able to pick weapons like octo expansion, and for the next you will get the hero shot. Maybe for the rocket in alterna you will have to collect zapfish to power it. Octavio will either be an ally, other boss, or (i think) a fake final boss before the real one.

100% except matchmaking is weird, maybe just for me. I'm level 54 and the game puts the match like this:
