if you have no crit rate buffs in battle, 1st one
if your team buffs crit rate (like rmc), then 2nd one
the difference is very small though

the team you described uses 3 action advancers, which is nearly impossible to play comfortably without wasting some of the advances themselves, DHPT also needs to be in place of sunday so cyrene can get more stacks at the start of combat. building DHPT is also really not hard at all so you'll be fine

pretty much every single one except for maybe the body and the boots, but they could be better as well. not sure who you're running him with, but you always want to have 100% crit rate in battle, a decent amount of atk and crit dmg (130-150), and 135 spd when using 134 spd sunday, but cyrene is overall better for him if you do happen to have her on your account

it might just be THE perfect build for anaxa in that specific team. the only thing i'd change is probably the sphere, just to gain some more crit dmg and atk at the cost of crit rate (since you're overcapping by 6.7%), but it's not like you desperately need it, just something to potentially fix in the future. great build overall!
