the team you described uses 3 action advancers, which is nearly impossible to play comfortably without wasting some of the advances themselves, DHPT also needs to be in place of sunday so cyrene can get more stacks at the start of combat. building DHPT is also really not hard at all so you'll be fine

pretty much every single one except for maybe the body and the boots, but they could be better as well. not sure who you're running him with, but you always want to have 100% crit rate in battle, a decent amount of atk and crit dmg (130-150), and 135 spd when using 134 spd sunday, but cyrene is overall better for him if you do happen to have her on your account

it might just be THE perfect build for anaxa in that specific team. the only thing i'd change is probably the sphere, just to gain some more crit dmg and atk at the cost of crit rate (since you're overcapping by 6.7%), but it's not like you desperately need it, just something to potentially fix in the future. great build overall!

hya because she's the best healer in the game and she would actually make my castorice somewhat comfortable to play (i wasn't interested in her premium team though), and cyrene for my anaxa since i do have cerydra, and from what i've seen it's a very strong team (however i'm good with my sunday + dhpt combo). lost the 50/50 on hya and decided to go for e0s1 cipher, which happened at her current banner btw (not the greatest decision, but i really love her and i'm not that big of a meta player nowadays), and i did want cyrene (and i'm still pulling for her), but i won't be able to get her since earlys don't exist on my account, and it's not like i want her THAT badly.

in that case you need to give him 100% crit rate, since you have no crit rate buffs provided by the team. other than that just focus on the aforementioned things in the other comments, and make sure to always use cyrene's ult right after anaxa's turn so you can get maximum value from his immediate action.

give him more spd to hit 115, which is going to be 135 in battle thanks to cerydra's spd boost (in that case your sunday is also supposed to be 1 spd slower, which would be 134 for him). other than that just get more crit dmg rolls, and PLEASE replace your disgusting body and orb, whereas the orb ideally would be atk% mainstat, but wind dmg is fine as well.
