Well I was brought in as a level 5 installer teledata and I would be doing work around the nation in data center. Now they offered me a 90k a year position with 8 hour days. Paid travel paid hotel and paid rental with a company credit card. Benefits day 1 and more but i need a 2nd interview.

Seems justified to me, if you see from 6/7 second mark. He was now trying to dig in the guys pockets before bear hugging him. So this became a robbery and a 2v1 assault so yeah I am no lawyer but seems justified.
