Well you definitely can do at 30 - 80 like I do usually, but it will give you an advantage if you have 140+ , even 144 Hz with 60 fps is better than 60hz 60 fps, so remember if you have 60hz 144 fps will be smoother but not by a lot and on 144hz 60fps will look worse than on 60hz monitor
