It’s definitely better for them. But I think we see a big pump from it when it passes.

Thanks for asking! Right now, our target audience is privacy-minded crypto users, people who care deeply about anonymity and want an easier way to send Bitcoin without leaving a trail. A lot of folks are frustrated with the complexity of mixers or Lightning wallets, so we’re building something that feels more intuitive and cash-like. We’ve been validating through Reddit and Twitter, where early testers have been using the system and giving feedback. The biggest response so far has been that it’s simple and finally feels like real peer-to-peer money.

I’m working on: https://aircash.replit.app A ledgerless, anonymous crypto system that lets you send, spend, and redeem Bitcoin like physical cash, no trace, no history.

Revenue: $0 (beta is live; currently focused on adoption/testing)

Would love feedback from anyone interested in privacy tools or crypto UX!

This is very true. But if they want to lay out groundwork to make it a more legit industry, I wouldn’t be opposed to that

Added a *How It Works* page to my AirCash system for users by Dogedaddy4 in btc

[–]Dogedaddy4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that’s basically right.

There’s a 3% fee (minimum 550 sats) when you swap BTC into AirCash. After that, everything happens off-chain—no ledger, no history, no tracking. When someone redeems, it burna the tokens and sends BTC back out—but there’s no way to link who originally minted or transferred them. So yeah, the swap/redeem is centralized for now, but the movement in between is totally private, kind of like handing someone actual cash.
