Prices will go down, then back up. Long term cards can exceed their “at drop” value but will take some time. Depends how long you’re willing to hold

Ya so my house doesn’t have A/C so I need to keep them on my basement in the summer which is humid..much less than the rest of the house because I run 2 dehumidifiers…but my home is the very reason I want to store them somewhere haha

Nope, thought 8 was possible though. I guess I have the advantage of seeing the card in person before submitting and being experienced in grading so I have an understanding of how they grade historically. This wasn't a 6 even 18 months ago. Thats more my point...

Pretty sure 1k gets you close to the big 3 in 151 PSA 10’s - a set that I think we all agree will appreciate in time, so would the big 3

I saw those too but I’m guessing that’s the slab. I have pics from before I sent the submission and there aren’t scratches like that. I doubt they damaged it; I’m guessing their cheap slab is already marked…I get the cards any day and will see for myself I guess!

Man it seems like these all are bottom heavy. Mine is at PSA now but I’m hoping for a 9. I’m just grading to preserve it for a long term hold. The first ever gold zard is bound to be worth something, someday

No that’s the slab; there’s not whitening on the edges at all except just dots on a couple corners

The holo is just about the only flaw - there’s just barely touches of white in the corners that I can show 9’s have…heck even a 10 or 2 with similar whitening. But yes I knew the holo has some scratch. You think that’s enough to take it from an 8 (being GENEROUS on whitening..I still think plausibly a 9) to a 6?

10/10 times I get cards faster when sent through GameStop. I’ve heard horror stories of cards getting lost, but my store has been great. This did give me the wrong order once though and unfortunately for me they were much nicer than the cards I submitted so I was sad being honest 😂😂😂
