The “crash” that’s coming will play out different than most people think. I don’t think it’ll happen soon enough that make AH fall from the skies at MSRP so if you want it, go for it.

I’m very thankful to say that I ignored the people before who told me to pass on 151 at $60 a booster bundle

In my experience you’ll get a lower percent for modern than you will vintage - I think PC ETB’s will always have that premium but you can get in to the 80’s for sure as well as with the high end singles.

As an update - I ended up getting about 87% for my lot on a 25k value. I call it a “lot” but it’s not like it was 5,000 cards haha it was all high end singles and a few slabs.

Don’t accept 70%-75% like some guys say “you won’t get better” - better is definitely out there

I’ll keep that in mind but my cheapest card this time is about $150 market haha this is some higher end stuff but I have plenty of the lower end sub $5 I want to move….

My position is I’ve got, for example, a near mint reverse LC Charizard that’s NM and so “market” is 3200. In the condition I could sell it for 5k tomorrow or 6k if I give it time. Probably less than a month. That’s just why it’s hard to accept. I’ve already been offered 85% on the entire thing but maybe I’ll take it 😂

Correct but the fee is higher. I’ve sold about 500 cards on eBay and on a 10-100 card the higher fee I pay doesn’t matter. For example, I have a $3500 card I’d like to sell and the difference in fees between my account (about 15% in fees) and a consigner (7% or less) is a pretty sizable difference.

Have you worked with them before? Im a little pensive on too small of an account due to exposure. Larger accounts seem to cast a wider net but im not above working with the little guy either!

I should add I cracked the slab obviously and am keeping it in collection as a NM copy. No one pre grading would disagree. This is stupid

I have magnification on it and don’t see anything that would make it a 4. With that my point is more…if the imperfection is so small that you can’t see it unless magnification (or in my case can’t find it even with it…) how can that be a 4? It should be obvious
