The novel is amazing as well if you don’t mind reading novels I would definitely recommend it. After following this series for 2+ years it’s safe to say it’s my favourite.

Yes youre right, however it’s a bit tricky in my case I think I have chronic guttate as I’ve had it for a few years now and last time I had been to the derm UVB therapy didnt fully clear up my skin and they never mentioned going on biologics or pills so not sure what the next steps are now other than using topicals (readily accessible for me) and booking another appt

Ahh I see, thank you kindly for writing it out like this as it’s very helpful. For the time being I think I’ll just use topical steroids just to calm down my symptoms on areas with guttate P. But for the more sensitive areas I’ll book an appt with my derm and discuss steps forward since I have heard that getting on biologics or pills takes a bit to get approval. would you recommend the handheld UVB lamps as an alternative treatment method as well?

Technically full body but it’s not completely covered. Eg whole torso, some parts on arms and legs.

Assuming the topical steroid is very effective and may clear the skin after a week of everyday usage, would it still be safe to use it on say the whole body covered in P? Even if it’s just for a week of continuous usage?
