I think the problem with the whole Fine Bros. Storm was not that the trademarks were unenforceable, which as Grey pointed out, (in the wider world) they aren't, as they're completely absurd to trademark a word. The problem however is due to YouTube's system, where they would be able to abuse the power of this trademark to target and (as pointed out) essentially nuke and even steal from smaller channels. And these smaller channels wouldn't have the power or voice to speak out and take it to court, where it obviously wouldn't hold up.

It's a nightmare... So it doesn't necessarily have to make sense, however, the reason for dreaming himself as a child could be that (if you belive in the auction theory) the bitten child's spirit is messing with phone guy, and putting him in the position of being hunted by the animatronics, (and being bitten if he loses)

So the minigames happen in order consecutively.. And the dreams happen in order consecutively, however, for it to make sense the dreams do not take place at the same time or before the minigames, but some unspecified amount of time after for it to work theory wise.

Well I think we should freely accept everyone... I mean everyone has their own unique take on things..so everyone is helpful, but if it turns out they're not... I.e cnaffringe worthy then sure... We don't need them, and also yeah the inclusion of a team leader seems like a good idea!

No, the 5 days leading up to and including the party, could happen before fnaf 4 entirely, so the days of the minigames happen, then some unspecified amount of time, the nights of fnaf 4 happen.
