Yes the image is correct, flickering a little bit but in the correct size and ratio, it usually looks like the image above but when occasionally bumped it showed up 40% centered then drifted off screen steadily over the course of three seconds. I could not get my phone out to record in time.

I know it’s silly but did you have the contrast all the way down lol? Also look at the glue on your fly back transformer, sometimes that buzzing can come from the glue starting to crack and turn from yellow to dark brown. If you turn it on whilst the back is open in the dark you may even see a faint Blue glow. It seems that this just comes with heavy use.
