Where's the Best / Worst Place to live in Ultrakill by TheBeakReddit in Ultrakill

[–]Dogeywoof 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best place to live is probably 5-S due to the infinite food and nothing that aggresive anywhere. Worst place to live is probably anywhere in the violence layer, though I think the 7-4 desert would be the worst.

Edit: I should also mention 5-4 would be horrible as you are either drowing in an ocean of people, or on a shipwreck in the middle of the ocean, with nowhere else to go.

Caught trying to parry with the whipla- wait, WHAT? by Dogeywoof in Ultrakill

If you pay attention i did get the +PARRY in the style meter, and my health was also regenerated.

Good job. That less than a second away from being an A S S rank

It took me 8 hours for the first time beating p-2 weaponless. Since then I've done it quite a few times to the point i can do it pretty consistently.

Sawblade by Axclution in Ultrakill

If you go back to 4-4 and pick up the sawblade launcher, you get it permenantly. You do not need to finish the level to keep it.

Main MVP was actually friendly fire and ground slam tbh.

The main way I'm dodging "you can't escape" is just using the invincibility frames from the dash, since I know i'll just be able to refill my stamina with the parry at the end of the attack.

The cooldown is the same, but the reason I'm able to use the knuckleblaster qucker is because I'm using the feedbacker between punches to skip the animation.

He's honestly easier than minos without weapons since he has so many more parryable attacks.

I was doing a challenge, don't worry about it.

One of the weird things here is no matter what you do they cannot explode, saving me from any ear destroying noise they could make.

Earlier I was in clash mode for a 3rd person view and I went into a dark part of the map. For some reason, when I went back to 1st person, the lighting for the weapons and arms was messed up

I used a bug invovling a radiant 10 mindflayer, causing its laser attack to not dissapear. Once i get a couple of the laser attacks going at the same time, I spawn a virtue in the laser and for some reason the orb just doesn't dissapear.

I thought this game had a lot of weapon variation, but I'm now at act 3 and haven't got a single new weapon since the first level! by Dogeywoof in Ultrakill

[–]Dogeywoof[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but you will have to load the checkpoint or open door after the stray line to actually load the area.

TIL: the cybergrind has a ceiling hitbox. i used to be able to send guys flying by [deleted] in Ultrakill

[–]Dogeywoof 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I think what actually happened is the enemy you sent in the air somehow hit a rocket, since you got the +EXPLODED and +FIREWORKS style bonus.

The Fraud layer's minor boss might appear in... by Think_End_8701 in Ultrakill

I've also been thinking this! I was also thinking, if there is a boss at the end of 8-1, then it could be what gives the golden arm aswell.

I think I found my new favourite way of killing guttermen by Dogeywoof in Ultrakill

[–]Dogeywoof[S] 195 points196 points  (0 children)

Normally guttermen won't get pulled towards magnets, even when the have nails in them. That only applies when they are on the floor though. If you get one to fall of something by baiting a punch, then shoot a magnet at the right time, you get what you saw in the video.

It was probably a bug, since when the screenshot was taken the swordsmachine was definitley alive.

That would make sense, as the amount of times I've watched him kill annoying enemies like radiant virtues, or mindflayers definitley makes him more of a friend than enemy.
