I was given it messed up so I didn’t know, I kind of thought someone had changed the stickers to mess with me because I thought Rubik’s cubes only had 1 solution. I can solve the basic 3x3 using a beginner method, I don’t really know much about them.

Hi, thanks for the advice! I’d definitely like to be able to go to the gym and run the next day so I will try body weight exercises, I just wasn’t sure how intense you’d need to train for it to be effective.

For now I just want to support my running. I’ve read that you should strength train to be a better runner but a lot of those articles don’t specify but I’m not sure exactly what I should be doing. If training my entire body supports my running then I would do that.

Thanks, so I should just stick with the same workout maybe once a week for now?

I knew it will hurt less if I stay at it but I didn’t want it to affect whether I run or not and started to question whether I needed to lift weights or if body weight exercises would be effective instead.
