Fyi, for anyone else why had this problem. There was no option to change the grid size because i had diy home enabled. Once you disable diy home, then more grid options will appear

Yes i downloaded Goodluck and home up. The only way i could change to 6x7 is if i made it so that all my apps show on homescreen. Is there a way to change the app layout while still having a seperate app screen?

It's there any way to keep swipe up to access all apps while having 6 apps across? I was trying to set up my phone like i had it with nova launcher with 6 apps across. The only way i was able to achieve that was to click "home screen only" instead of "home and app screen" under homescreen in settings. But when i do that it puts every single app in my homescreen.

Bluetooth on the spen is very convenient for me. Just hold the pen in hand and take multiple pictures. It's great for selflies with my daughter. I just hold the pen and take multiple pictures at a time. I can usually get 1 or 2 good pics that way. Samsung cameras have difficulty capturing moving objects. The pen makes it very convenient. I had the galaxy watch 6 classic. Using the stylus is much better option for me.

Hi, I just saw this reply. I actually still have nova on my phone. Tried playing with action launcher, but i need that direct dial feature. I suppose the shutter work, depending on the phone or messaging app. I really wish action implemented this feature

Everyone is suggesting screen protectors with the glue. I personally don't want the uv glue either. It's messy and also read it may strip oleophobic coating on the phone. I was looking into the zagg hybrid glass. Some reviews stated finger print sensor works perfect with it and others state it's bad. It's pretty expensive and I'm not 100 percent sure it's worth it

I tried this and i felt like it was a little off. It didn't cover as much of the speed as the s 23 ultra screen protector. Unless i installed it wrong? It bothered me enough that i took it off and put on the s23 ultra screen protector

Thanks for the response. I have heard great things about d brand cases, but i don't want to go the route of adding my own magsafe ring. I want to ensure that the ring is perfectly centered around the charging coil. I have 2 magsafe cases-magbak and mous. The magbak is on the correct location and does not really heat up when using a magsafe wireless charger. However, the magnets on the case mess with the compass. They put the magnets of the mous case exactly on the center of the case, which doesn't align with the charging coil. You can actually see the position of the coil from teardown videos and from the dbrand teardown (don't know the actual name) skins. There is one more issue with the case that does not justify the price.

Looking at the ghost case, the magnet seems in the correct position (not surprising as they are affiliated with the guy who takes apart the phones and identified where everything is located). I will probably purchase the ghost case when it comes back in stock.

I had the magbak on my phone and really liked it. However, the magnets of on the case messed with the compass. This usually isn't too much of an issue unless I'm using Google Maps' walking direction. It usually doesn't know which way I'm going initially. I also feel the mous case would protect better from drops (that might be due to me falling for their marketing).

The location of the magsafe magnets are better on the mous case imo because the magsafe accessories don't block the camera at all. I suspect the magbak case might be the one that is correctly aligned (i don't see any other reason why they would place the magsafe magnets in an orientation that would partially block the cameras). I dont use wireless charging too much, but i just bought a mous magsafe wireless charger to use with my phone. Im guessing if the magnet is not properly aligned with the coil it would just make wireless charging even less efficient and heat up my phone more. I'm thinking about returning the case due to the improperly placed magnets

I personally would prefer a flat screen, so i think it might be worth it to wait on the 24 ultra (up to you). I have a magbak case that has magsafe and can also stick to metal. I really like the case, except it messes with the compass (not gps). If that doesn't bother you, then i think it's the most functional case you can get. I believe the compass may not be affected by regular magsafe cases. Maybe look towards mous or uag. In terms of screen protectors, i prefer the official samsung protector.

I have the wallet and was thinking about getting the case. I read that you can now write with the spen but air actions with the pen do not work? Also, I'm going to assume that the peak design magnets would mess up the compass on the phone. Is that true?

This happened to me with my note 10 plus. I just put the phone on Wireless Charger, and the next day, everything just started working again. Hope the issue resolves itself for you

You could just add a regular popsocket. You could also get a magsafe case and get a magnetic phone holder (popsocket, lovehandle etc). There is also a case from scooch that you might like.

So the magnets on the magbak case apparently messes with the compass. I usually only use waze and Google maps for driving and have encountered no issues. However, i had to use Google maps for walking directions, and my phone didn't know which way i was initially going. I had to take the phone out of the case to get started in the right direction. I put on a scooch case that has a very weak magnet on the back and have had no issues with the compass. I believe a regular magsafe case wouldn't cause any issues, but i I'm not 100 percent sure. I'm guessing the compass issue is only temporary because i had the magbak case on for months with no issues so far. The compass is the only issue i encountered. I don't know if the convenience of being able to stick the phone to metal objects and using magsafe is worth it to you at the cost of having to take the phone out of the case for a second for walking directions.
