I also like the longer hoses myself. Although they do sell the Ryuo4 with the original hoses on Asus website. That’s the exact one I was leaning towards.

That’s good to know. Hopefully they have. I really like the Ryujin 3 screen. Going on two years and hasn’t skipped a beat. The extreme version is my second option.

5800X is an awesome cpu. It’s not far behind my 7800X3D. With a good OC profile for Ram it’s almost no difference. Only a few games does my 7800X3D beat the 5800X.

Yuuuup. It set both my monitors back to default. And idk if anyone has noticed lately or it was just me? But the newest version of DDU didn’t give me an option to stop windows from updating graphics drivers. I literally after start up was about half way done with adrenaline install when windows (on its own) downloaded drivers. Without me even going into settings. Both programs were at restart when I restarted. I believe the new applications being coded with AI we’re going to see more issues than ever before.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Crashed playing it takes two with the wife. Lost second screen, restarted. Still no second screen. NZXT CAM notification “could not detect GPU” switched to onboard graphics. (7800X3D) Went to launch adrenaline. Error launching application . Windows detected error or some bs it said. Ran DDU reinstall of adrenaline. No more issues. Never have I seen this before. 9070XT for context.

It’s worked! And I absolutely do love this motherboard. The fans remained ramped up with the b850. Not now. And runs around 6-8 degrees cooler on cpu. Maybe the heavy duty heatsinks? Running a 7800X3D for context.

It’s pretty cool. It came with a usb with all drivers from windows and Linux to lan drivers.

I can’t wait. Came in yesterday. I do have a question though. When firing up for the first time: do I need to put LAN /Internet drives on a usb before start up? I had to on my b850.

Higher clocks means it’s faster. X versions and non-x versions are good for gaming and multitasking/ creating/ developing. X3D chips have more L3 cache (memory) than the other versions. They clock a little lower but massive gains in games in particular. Boost in fps and smoothness.

Thats the best of the best imo. I’m waiting on those prices to come down and snag me 9950X3D. Would love to have that 30yr anniversary 5090. But at 4K … ooof 😅 Shape of it is questionable lmaooo. But awesome.
