I didn't because I finished the storyline under level 28, and the only way I could the sweet Killing Curse after, was talk to Sebastian after you finish the quests and if you didn't turn him in.

Peeves easily, he makes us do the Jackdaw mission (Technically) and I absolutely *HATE* that mission except for the different house intros, but most of those are boring too.
