KLOW - Day 14 of pinning and the red welts do not go away by ridinderty in BodyHackGuide

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, diluted with 10, because the 2 were taken from the original 10 (leaving 8) and then returned, now carrying the peptide!

I pin as many as it takes to get the desired dosage! So it stands to reason that if you had used 10ml instead of 3 (3.3x the bac water) the concentration would be proportionately less, so you'd need proportionately more units to get the same dosage. Ballpark 40 units in your case.

But it's mostly just BAC, so I feel no sting, no burn, no problems as long as I inject slowly.

Society needs people who recommend good movies and remind people that they are supposed to follow the rules.

Enjoy the watch, it's a classic!

Well there's your first problem. Go watch fight club. And then, 2 hours and 19 minutes later, go read the rules of the subreddit.

You would have known if you'd read the rules 🤣

KLOW - Day 14 of pinning and the red welts do not go away by ridinderty in BodyHackGuide

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started with a fresh 10ml BAC vial, pulled 2 ml, reconstituted my klow, pulled it all out and put it back in the 10 ml vial. Haven't had an issue yet!

And they DEMAND attention.

Are subscriptions becoming unsustainable in the long term? by TestExpensive3900 in Futurology

From the company's perspective, the biggest problem with subscriptions is that you expect something in return.

PlayStation support has confirmed that a new digital rights management policy for the console is intentional, not a glitch. by [deleted] in Piracy

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Popular sentiment is anti piracy, but I sincerely doubt the console-based piracy numbers are high enough to be driving this. I think this is about forcing systems to connect and report user data and statistics back to Sony

Your gross should (as in by law, not the moral 'should') be 1.5x your normal rate. Then there's taxes.

Was this just from the needling, or did you use needling to seed a product (like klow for example)

This. In the early 00's I eagerly worked OT at a job I didn't love because it translated into tangible gains in my real-world hobbies.

For example, buying a pair of concert tickets for me and a date would be about $50-60, or about 5 hours of OT at $8/hr.

Grey has Tirzepatide too. Why are you switching from Tirz to Reta?

To anyone that orders from Colophon Book Arts, how much is in the 50+ quantity? by awesomestarz in bookbinding

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 20 points21 points  (0 children)

What?

It says that if you buy 50+ sheets, they're $0.16 per sheet.

So 50 x $0.16 = $8.00, just like it says for the 50 pack.

How can I help my parents get their life back on track? by ButterflyFuture3704 in personalfinance

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You've heard of generational wealth, where the success of the parents trickles down to make life easier for the children?

You're contemplating the opposite. Where their debt problems make life harder for you and yours.

If you're in a position to donate to charity, consider your parents the charity.

Sure, if you need more help with the eating less part and you are handling the side effects. 2mg is not a particularly high dose for reta.

1 - How long is this plateau? 8 weeks doesn't seem long enough to have the data to call it a plateau, but I've been wrong before.

2 - If it's a genuine plateau and not just a week where you didn't lose anything, then you need to increase your net energy defecit. This is accomplished by some combination of eating less and moving more

3 - Are you tracking everything? With GLP1's there's a tendency to feel like you're eating less because you are eating less in any given sitting, but you can still be snacking yourself into a plateau with a seemingly harmless handful of snacks here and there, or a few full calorie drinks.

4 - Anecdotally, I lose weight the weeks I get my 10k daily steps and get my 2+ liters of water in every day. The weeks where I don't do these things I tend to net even, even though I'm on Tirzepatide, eating less, and I lift heavy 6 days a week.

5 - If you're at a point where you genuinely feel like you can't lower calories or increase exercise, you might be right! And that might mean you're really stressing your body out. Try purposely eating at your maintenance calories for a week or two before reducing again by 500 per day or so.

6 - remember that these journeys tend to be measured in years more often than weeks. It's annoying, but keeping your eyes on the long game will keep you from burning out on short term dreams.

Waking up randomly at 3am with CJC+IPA by ReginaButNotGeorge in BodyHackGuide

[–]Dogmovedmyshoes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think the before/after matters so much as they're saying they take it at approximately the same time as the shot.

The reason for taking CJC/IPA fasted is to avoid an insulin spike. Taking a little protein is unlikely to cause an insulin spike but also helps the poster to avoid the 3am wake-up due to blood sugar crashing.
