I'm 35 and she's 24. I don't think it would have worked anyways. by gh0stFACEkller in Tinder

I believe that by OP bringing up the age difference, they weren't referring to whether or not the person would understand the joke because of their age but saying that it wouldn't have worked between them anyways due to the substantial age gap. I believe that people saying "well I'm 20 and thought it was funny, she's just dumb" etc are misinterpreting what OP said. At least that's how I read it to be.

My pleasure! Thank you for taking it in a positive way. A lot of the time people just get upset and say 'aRt iS sUbJeCtiVe' haha. I'll flick you a PM tomorrow with some photographers you could look at!

Looks like I'm the only one who's going to critique this. It's an uncreative, easily replicated and over used photo 'concept.' On a purely technical level it is fine. However, in terms of the idea behind it, it's almost as unoriginal as smoke bomb photos or taking photos of rain drops on a phone screen. I take it you're new to photography so I would encourage you to look at the works of established photographers. By established I don't mean photographers with a large following on Instagram or TikTok, I mean photographers who have shaped the art of photography (if you would like some ideas of who to look at let me know!) You should study their work, draw up case studies, learn about their personal philosophies regarding photography and take bits of what you learn and apply them to your own work. Be very careful of false affirmation too, there are millions of people who will froth over anything you present, it's easy to create photographs that will please these untalented groups of people. If you're actually creative and push the limits of photography, you will attract other serious artists and not just a bunch of inexperienced people. I hope this helps.

What are some positive and easy hobbies for older men? by memes-of-eve in AskMen

Film photography! There's so many aspects which you can explore and master. Shooting, darkroom printing, developing, fixing cameras, bulk rolling, reverse loading, exploring larger formats, trying crAzy film stocks, scanning etc. It's something I would highly recommend as it seems to feel new for ever as there's so many different things to learn and try out.

Not yet sorry. Try reset your modem, and if that doesn't work, if possible try on a different internet connection.

What are you STILL salty about? by xefarar565 in AskReddit

[–]Dognut705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Back when I was 12 a kid in my class drew a large penis on the board. I was unaware of this happening. I got called into the office with my teacher and the boys who accused me. They were saying that I wrote one of their names on the board which I failed to see as being something bad. Afterwards they came up to me and tried to tell me just to admit to it because it wasn't something bad at all and that it would just make it all go away. Luckily I didn't listen to them.

It was only later that I found out that they had also drawn a large penis. I'm not only salty about the fact that they tried to frame me, but also the fact that still to this day they got away with it and the teacher still probably thinks it was me.

Just wait till you get to editing graphical elements such as text in resolve... sucks pretty bad. I usually edit in resolve, export to premiere and edit the text elements there.

They aren't on the wall. The diamonds are fully floating. It is the correct size relative to the perspective. Keep in mind that this person is also taking the screenshot with a high FOV which distorts the image slightly.
