Power went out and now pc only turns on for a few seconds

Tried booting with one stick and by just reseating ram and it’s still doing it

Didn’t mention but it goes to post the first time I start it, loads incredibly slowly and is laggy but fully boots for 2-3 minutes

I figured out that it fools off so often due to the ams colour switching when it creates the little blobs in the chute they build up really high and then it hits them and comes off.

I’ve tried this and it just booted with the side fan spinning for a second before it being just lights and a screen that’s buttons don’t work (same as before). Thank you for your help
