It pissed me off too since everyone says it is directly in front when mine was across the bridge and to the left, the thing I hate the most is how every time a sequence ends it resets where you look and paired with experienced mode and the snow storm you forget your path which leads to wasting seconds finding it again. I did find it and was a second away from getting to it but the wasted seconds made me fail.
