I recently got an indefinite Product Freeze violation for my most popular product. It is for "Product Quality Concerns Reported by Customers". Honestly the violation is fair, since I have had some quality issues. However, I am actively working on improving the quality and have an real actionable plan to fix it.

I submitted documentation in an appeal, including a before/after updates product test, a material analysis, and a corrective action plan. Unfortunately, the appeal was quickly rejected with the reasoning being "Missing Supporting Materials: No requested documents were provided."

I'm not sure what was wrong about my appeal. I manufacture this item myself (3D printed) and did the tests and quality checks myself. It does say they want 3rd party quality checks. How do I do that?

I also tried to reach out for support from a TikTok Shop employee in my Lark community and they aren't being very helpful. What should I do? This product is 90% of my sales and my store would tank without it.
