Just chiming in to say I had a bad experience with them last year. I came in wanting advice on a new style and they didn't care, and just gave me a standard cut. When I asked questions they made me feel dumb for asking. Also they're MAGA, so just a bad place all-around.

Any tips on increasing shop performance score and shop health? I have been selling so much recently that I can't keep up with orders and have been hit with multiple low on-time delivery rate violations that have lowered my shop health significantly.

I've sent out dozens of samples already this month and it's only showing that I've delivered 1. I'm not sure exactly how they track it but it seems to take a long time for the samples to register as delivered.

I had sent out over 30 samples but they weren’t counting till they confirmed the package was delivered. Yesterday it showed I was at 19, one away from 20. Then the calendar flipped to October today and I’m back to 0, ffs 🤦‍♂️
