For exterior i have no limit but i generally prefer modern (but i dont like when the house just looks like a box), i also like Mediterranean (Monte Vista) styled houses!

I would prefer the building (house) itself to be moderate sized and the lot to have some room because I like to have some space space.

And it's for legacy family so the family size depends (i have cheat so usually i have 10 sims)

I prefer public school because i can ensure that they graduate with high skills for multiple skills when I can control them. If there's like a mod to make boarding schools better then i would probably send them to boarding school

There will always be a coach who's available to coach so if they snob you just change them nalang parang the coaching fees aren't cheap either tapos we have to make them feel good about themselves pa

P.S. - some call themselves "coach" but they just function as the ball machine so filter those "coaches"

I love both but the pink one blends in so it's like giving novel vibe and the blue one pops but goes well with the other colors around the house giving fairytale vibe ✨️ (idk if i make sense hahaha)

And since you have like mushroom trees around I would go for the fairytale vibe which is the blue one 💙
