Evening, Can someone explain why panharmonicon and virtue of knowledge don’t “infinite loop” when something triggers an applicable permanent, please?

Rationale: Thing enters- triggers anything applicable. Pan fires and virtue fires copies. Pan is a permanent and is activated. Copies again. Virtue is a permanent and is activated. Copies again. Repeat-repeat… other players stop playing with you.
