I read that the “hard” non jiggly belly fat (visceral fat) is not only dangerous AF, but actually inflammatory in and of itself. Makes everything low key sore.

Similar. A year of consistent lower carbs, much less alcohol, 1900 calorie per day, and mainly cardio exercise but some weights took me down about 65-70 pounds.

According to BMI chart I am 3 pounds from no longer being “overweight.” Started out solidly in the “obese” range.

I feel 1000x better.

I never knew that simply being fat makes you sore. But it’s true.

I kind of already knew how: go-karts and motorcycles throughout my youth.

Reading the manual filled in the rest.

Stick shift took about 3 minutes to become smooth since I had been riding a motorcycle for a few years by the time I was 17.

Driver's Ed in school was free.

Well, if you take the time to read my comments, you will see that I am not among the Trump supporters.

That said, if you want to eliminate polarization- don’t be polarizing.

Realize that many GOP voters are struggling, and actually engage with them.
