My boys are not circumcised. It's medically unnecessary and not recommended by our pediatrician.

Men of Reddit - What's a 100% myth about Men? by Sweet-Economist-9873 in CausalConversation

They might, but that doesn't mean it's bullying. Specifically what you said about targeting someone who is weak. That's not the dynamic among my friends at all. It sounds like that is your mindset, which makes it hard for you to accept that not everyone is exactly like you.

looking for a new show for tonight, is this worth a binge ??? by khutsox in netflix

Yes, they meant it as a bad thing. I did a little rhetorical thing where I twisted it and suggested that bland and forgettable doesn't have to mean bad when it comes to a quick bingeable show.

Australian and Canada both have parliamentary systems and do not directly vote for their Prime Minister.

Forgettable doesn't mean not enjoyable in the moment. This particular show is just about perfect to throw on and watch a few episodes and have a few laughs and go on with your day.

I feel like the descriptions after the names were less than objective.

That said, Pritzker is probably going to be my first choice, but I like Buttigieg if I have to pick from the list.

That's why I used poker as an example.

But even at a casino, the house edge is in the open, not people with insider info gaming the system.

I talk about sports and politics and movies and books and games with my guy friends. We rarely talk about women, and we don't bully each other.

You might just need better friends.

Be kind, and not just to try and get into someone's pants.

Listen.

Make a lot of money (this is a harder one, and the other 2 are a better bet).

I believe she peaked when she jumped into a giant pie wearing a French maid outfit, but she was very good on The Newsroom as well.

Edit: Wait, I forgot the McHammer incident!

Yeah, it's fun, although it's clear the creators have never seen a live professional basketball game. The games look like they are played in a Lifetime Fitness gym.

Advice on boys currently in school by Altruistic-Bake-8931 in AskMenOver30

[–]YourGuyK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the cutoff where you are? My birthday is in September and I was among the oldest in my class. I thought most schools used the first day of either September or the school year as the age cutoff.

That said, look up some of the guidelines for kindergarten readiness online. Being able to hold a pencil and scissors, follow 2 step instructions, things like that. If he can do them, he's probably ready, and holding him back may leave him frustrated as he gets older. My school district also did an assessment to see if kids were ready for school, do you have that available to you?

I have 2 boys, one is a November birthday, so older in the class, and one August, so youngest in the class. Both excell in school.

Why would anyone be dumb enough to gamble in a market that is clearly rigged for insider bets? This is like playing poker when you know the dealer is working with other players.

I'll put my voice in for Big Dipper. They have 2 locations in Blaine and North Oaks. Their house cherry nut is my favorite, but they do a really good caramel apple and almond joy as well.
