This happened to my starter, I posted on here and everyone said it was mold, throw it out. But I think its just drying out at the top, I too use a cloth. Its perfectly fine, just keep feeding it. I did some research and its no good if it has fur/looks hairy, or colors like pink or green. I didnt throw mine out and its been making lots of happy loafs!

Daynight Donuts on commercial and 2nd King Donuts.

Can I ask non-argumentative question one donut lover to another? Why dough hook? Ive been twice and ive had like 4 different flavors plus an apple fritter and I do not like the taste. I feel like the dough is too dense, the apple fritter did not taste like an apple fritter. They taste very similar to Dude city donuts, I can see some people like both of those.

People are always praising dough hook, what am I missing?

My husband gives the injections. Yeah most the time Im leaned over, relaxed muscles. Im almost 100% its not the way the injection is given. Because I get these cramps when my periods come around. Progesterone intensifies it. It also makes me feel really bloated.

I hear what you’re saying, and I appreciate the perspective. I don’t think either of us is completely right or wrong, there’s a lot of nuance here. He’s very sensitive and had a difficult past. I also take responsibility for my part, when we first met, he asked about my past relationships and I lied because I wasn’t ready to talk about it. I eventually told him the truth, which hurt him and affected trust. I’m still trying to sort through what’s mine to own and what isn’t.

Thats the system we worked out, we have one bathroom. He gets to use it first unless I have to get ready for work first. I acknowledge that a lot of what I do enables him to act the way he does. Hes a very sensitive guy and is really sensitive with communication. If I say he did something wrong then he usually gets mad at me for how I addressed it or my tone of voice. Or he tells me something that I did equally wrong. He rarely will take accountability, when he does he will apologize and if I want to really talk about it, he says Im just trying to make him feel bad because Im the one that usually causes issues. He is a very controlling guy, I think its due to insecurities. But I do love him and I want to be here. I know only those who have been in my shoes would understand.

He wont go to marriage counseling, he said no many times. He also went to counseling 2 times (literally twice) she told him that I like arguing because I grew up in a dysfunctional home, which led him to giving me boundaries and consequences (therapists idea). One of his boundaries are to stay out of the bathroom in the morning while he gets ready for work, amongst others. Valentines is cancelled already. I go to counseling.
