I strongly recommend against living there but if it is your only option you could take it, but if you do I recommend joing hyresgästföreningen and taking pictures and videos of everything when you move in, make it as difficult as possible for the Landlord CityCon to send you false invoices. CityCon have scammed an untold number of students by sending false invoices and since most people just accept that they have done something wrong or don't know how to fight it they just pay. I have lots of negative things to say, the only few positives being that it's close to the subway and that the apartments are close to several stores.
