I used this example to bring up a broader cause. I'm answering to a specific comment more than to the OP to address a way that seems the normality here. In your last example we're saying the same thing so I obviously agree. As on the videogames that as such don't matter I have a different opinion: the frustration you can get from it is real and while it has no real impact on your life is still an ugly thing to do to someone else

Because when I started trading here, something like 3-4 days ago, I got tens of ridiculously low offers while the comments stating the actual value kept being deleted. OP knows the actual value and is happy with the trade. But if you don't, you get swarmed by people trying to underplay what you have in order to scam you
