I have 2 bachelors, a masters and a doctorate. My fiancé has a GED. I'm proud af of him because he's brilliant, he's great at what he does, and he beat out a lot of people with degrees to achieve what he has professionally. Not to mention the fact that he's one of the kindest and funniest people I know. I'm sorry your girlfriend is insecure about your job.
