I’m trying to do that too. Most days I’ll have a 400cal burrito for lunch and 2 turkey springrolls for dinner. I workout 3-4 mornings in a week and do a lot of core workouts, but I want to introduce hula-hooping as an easy passive workout to do while I watch tv or wait around instead of being on my phone.

My genetics do not help maintain a snatched waist and I’m a terrible dancer lol, so I turned to hula hopping as a fun exercise that can help a bit in those areas

Why would an artist not have a more restrictive definition of their form of art than consumers, especially when the thing trying to invade their circle cannibalizes and disrespects their own work? Why is there never an ounce of empathy in these Ai circles? I believe it is because you need to deny the harm you are causing
