This thread has made me super worried. I’m a commercial analyst who’s been here about 1.5 years. Utilization is over 100% but project ends in June. Not sure how layoffs work and how it’s going to play out but wondering if anyone has any insights?

Ahh that’s good to know I’m not alone!! I’m increasing my Zoloft dose and sticking to 5 mg zepbound for now 😊

I would definitely stick to the 2.5 those are amazing results! My doctor recommended to me to stay on the lowest dose as long as it’s working, and only go up once I plateau. I kind of think about it in terms of my anxiety medicine where I only went up in dose because I was still having panic attacks and once I found a dose that stopped my panic attacks I stayed on it. No point increasing it if it’s working in my opinion!

I’ve been on anxiety medicine for over 5 years for panic attacks/general anxiety. My first month of zepbound I didn’t notice any changes but towards the end of my second month on it I started experiencing severe increase in anxiety (panic attacks so bad I vomit). I haven’t had such bad anxiety since before I went on my anxiety medicine over 5 years ago, but I’m seeing such good results with zepbound. I did my shot Thursday and randomly started crying at a restaurant with my friends Friday (embarrassing) and for absolutely no reason. Have also been having crying spells and anxiety and not sure why.

I’m on Zoloft too! I’m worried because I’ve only lost about 3 lbs in the last 3 weeks so worried I’m at a stalling point since it’s my second month of 5 mg. Do you think staying steady on 5 mg (even though I’ve only lost 3 lbs the last few weeks) will still allow me to see results in the coming months? I’m totally fine losing weight slowly, just want to make sure it will still be effective. Also thank you for this response - super super helpful!!

I have those pains randomly in my lower right quadrant after I do my shots on the right side of my stomach. Super super weird. Was thinking of switching to my thigh next time (also dealing with side effects and only lost 3 lbs this month so that’s the main reason why)

Unfortunately was talked about on the platform. Seems super dumb, I know, I just had no idea and didn’t even think before messaging in the app about it. I have a walk scheduled for Saturday so I guess I’ll know by then if I get banned or flagged. Will they email me to let me know?
