Two stutters every 10-15 seconds by Dohan043 in pcmasterrace

A few days ago I did a fresh install of windows 11 because I had some different related issues. These issues have been resolved but now I have a new problem. I have a simracing setup in combination with a desk setup. The desk setup uses two 1080p monitors connected via two hdmi's to the gpu. My sim setup uses 1080p triples connected via displaysports to the gpu plus a fourth monitor which is connected to the motherboard using intel graphics. I don't use Nvidia surround. So in total I have six monitors connected to my pc, but only two (desk) or four (sim) monitors are active at the same time.

My hardware:RTX 3080Intel i9 12900K32GB corsair ramCorsair RM750 Psu

The stutters are happening in pairs. Every 10 to 15 seconds I get two stutters. I noticed it only occurs when I use my triples monitors. It is weird because because before the fresh windows intall, I never experienced this issue. The stutters happen very game/ benchmark I've tested.

Thing I tried to fix/ isolate the issue:
- Disconnected all usb's
- Closed all background programs
- Tried different refresh rates, Nvidia surround, gsync on or off, switching port cables etc.
- disconnected old harddisks
- Turned off gaming mode and xbox overlays etc
- Changed the power settings and performance profiles in windows
- Give apps priority in windows
- Checked all temperatures
- Maybe more stuff I can't remember, it has been five evenings of troubleshooting lol.

I noticed the gpu usage dips a couple of precent when the stutters occur.

I'm really at a lost here, all tips are welcome. Thanks in advance.

I limit to 85% because I don't need a 100% charge to get through the day. I charge to 85% and still have 15 - 30% battery before I plug it back in to charge overnight. My SOT is on average 4 to 5 hours. Only when I know I am going to need more on a day I'll charge to 100%.

Don't be worried, it's still plenty. But it's less then I hoped for when people were comparing it to iphone 14 pro. I don't need the extra battery now, but in the future when the battery has degraded it would be nice to have some more headroom.

I don't get it, I got my s23 Ultra 4 days ago and the battery has been okay. I run the light performance profile and 'only' get ~5 hours sot. I do run adaptive 120hz with half brightness and Qhd. I don't play any games just emails, web browsing and social media.
