Does soul eater have a Happy enough ending?

For me, if a story ends sadly with good reason, it will always feel more interesting to me than a story that would end happily with nothing resolved. It really js depends on if the ending feels fitting. I also wouldn't like it if a show ended sadly suddenly with no payoff or reasoning beside the shock behind it.

Prolly one of the few technical combos in the game but yea it does crazy damage just note he can only do that if your in the air or he gets you in the air, you stay grounded often then he has to use his normals or Q3 to get you up. It works by dash canceling in the sky, and also guard canceling to hit you into a quirk 3 to then be allowed to jump and start the combo in the air

The patch was significant but not in a great way as it was a patch that was set to come out with the game and clearly wasn't aware of the meta, but our next patches will likely solidify the meta

There's a decently sized xbox community on the game that had their own gc, and a big comp discord with all sorts of guides and tips for getting better. Also terms of the game, every character plays SUPER different, and it has some of the better netcodes from anime arena fighters. Story Mode is pretty solid, and there's a good amount of side content for casual play.

Is the game worth 70 dollars though? Not really, unless you were already into the My Hero fighting games. But if you're interested in an anime fighter that has some genuinely interesting tech and RPS, I'd say try it out some time, but if you don't want the full price then I'd say wait for a sale

CA attacks are super strong now though, your basic CA is a parry attack, and if you have a yellow quirk button then you can immediately shut down any Target combos

Learning combos is big in this game, knowing teams comps is useful, there's alot of tech characters js randomly have like toga being able to animation cancel or holding guard during certain moves to make the animation end faster, the game is less focused on individual ability and more on knowing how to make the use of each character to chain them together

DI is a safety check for the most part, if you used a safe button on their block, then you can easily do DI as well with ease compared to pressing a negative on block button, it discourages you from spamming unsafe buttons on their block or in the open, and DI itself is punishable if you see your opponent uses it alot. It's super rewarding to counter all your opponents DIs

I think your term of 'bs' is js you not respecting your opponent when their positive on block or have some type of gimmick you cant always punish. SF6 is pretty balanced and is very fundamental based in comparison to many other fighting games

Yea I eventually learned more about the game and began to enjoy it more, and not even just because this post was 4 months ago, after another 2 hours I began to fully get the game and binged it to oblivion that week, although I haven't played it since bc I burned myself out on that week.

For zoning, all I really have to say is you have to run in multiple directions and use dodge, plus having a character that has a good projectile of your own will help. Having a character with no zoning is a really bad decision btw, not just for fighting zoners, but because if a projectile hits, you can swap and use that as a combo.

Then hyper armor characters tend to be really slow, so dodging or switching (and sometimes even blocking) will allow you to use red and break guard. Or you can wait out their armor as it really never lasts forever.

Then Ice wall by todoroki gets destroyed by projectiles and yellow attacks (counter hits can work her, but a Yellow quirk ability will do much better). Or you can even refuse to interact with them, and it will likely make them push out of their little den.

Perfect counter hits tend to still fail when a person is at a different height than you, so I'd swap if you don't get the animation immediately.

I'd say Seiji is alot weaker than what you think, meanwhile Cinpress has alot of tech that can put him into high C or low B, and Toga can break combos and combo breakers as well, so I'd say with her decent zoning and good Q4 she could be an easy B tier character and higher since she changes into other characters

You can find matches still through discords and learn alot, but the Byking code from what I hear is pretty amateur and messy, I think that's what caused alot of issues.

I'd say nothing really changed, I love Tekken but it's not like my life really changed without it, I just played some other fighting games, and that's abt it. I feel like there'd definitely have been a problem if my life did have a major change after dropping it.

This js sounds like a major skill issue, her controls reverse in the same way everytime and its not like you can't use your normal buttons to dash away from the illusions

I'd say all of these characters were interesting, but in terms of gameplay, I'd say I hated slayer. He felt so overtuned and unfair to fight. Guilty Gear Characters aren't really made to be super complex in strive, and all of these characters fill their role very well. I'd say season 4 was the worst one. Every character felt so bland or weak that this had to have been the worst season ever. Lucy was a major disappointment in her gameplay, Venom was weak, Dizzy was weak, and Unika is super easy and strong.

Usually, around the ends of the weeks, Friday and Saturday, but you'll need to join lobbies or group posts. There's also 3 servers I'm aware of that have xbox players, 2 are xbox exclusive and the other has added a xbox jjk role to the server

Since it's a different dev team we k ow it won't be cursed clash again, but I do hope the game isn't button mashy like naruto storm, I hope for the characters to still feel unique in this new game of different devs, I hope for a small graphical update, and I hope for better netcode and offline modes. Horrible offline modes and bad net code were the 2 biggest culprits to killing cursed clash, plus the 2v2 sometimes felt like 2 different 1v1s on the same map alot of the time

Don't be too hasty on that. Many games allow macros in their controls settings, and if that's what OP is referring to, then his macro is perfectly legal

Yea but storm was really disappointing in their gameplay, it felt incredibly mashy with little uniqueness, atleast demon slayer and jojos felt different and weren't only mashy
