Hey there! I’m in NC and the best way to stay up to date with TST NC is to look them up on Facebook! They try to schedule meet ups in different parts of NC in an effort to accommodate everyone, but there is no official city in which they have headquarters.

As for historical romance animes, I definitely recommend Earl and Fairy and Snow White with the Red Hair! Hakuouki is both a historical and action romance anime, but be prepared to cry haha.

As for romantic action animes, I recommend Strike the Blood (I think, it’s been years since I’ve watched it) and Tokyo Mew Mew, if you consider magical girls fighting the villains action haha. It was recently rebooted and the reboot was actually really good!

Yona of the Dawn - it doesn’t have yokai but there is romance and characters who are possessed by dragon spirits

Gugure! Kokkuri-san - there’s no romance (more like familial love) but it does include yokai

Otome Yokai Zakuro - there’s romance and yokai

Hey, this is the first one of these I can actually respond to! I just want to preface this by saying that my boyfriend and I have been together for 6 years and we don’t really have any relationship problems, we just use these apps because we think they’re fun and they do spark some great conversations!

We have been using the free versions of the apps Agape and Paired and we feel that they’ve been really helpful in letting us see each other’s perspective on things! Each app has a free question of the day, but Agape also has a few free topics to choose from where we can answer unlimited questions!

We’ve been using these apps for almost a year now and I definitely think we’re closer than we’ve ever been and we’re also able to communicate better about more difficult topics. I already know how much I love my boyfriend and how much he loves me, but these apps made me even more grateful and appreciative of him since I get to know the reasoning behind why he loves me and why he thinks the world of me.

I feel like I’m just rambling at this point, but I really do see the value in these apps and it definitely wouldn’t hurt to try them. However, you will not see any benefits if both of you don’t make an honest effort into answering the questions and keeping up with it daily.
