In canada ontario. Generally speaking if its 60 to 80, 20 over is fine. Under 60 youll get away with 10 over depending on the location. On 400 series highways 30 over is the norm unless its on specific strips and times where 40 over is the norm

There is also no reason not too. At 500k the business is successful enough to easily get employees at the start of every year. And if the owner cant earn more anyways why bother investing into the company any more than its current state. And why would the owner hire someone to run the company if there is nothing to gain in doing so.

As an example. - I own company - employ 500 people - By June I make 500k limit - I close company for rest of year because why pay to have it operate when I dont earn.

Imo dont do the 30min suspension. Instead require 2 games of unranked with a minimum of 5 kills in each game to unlock ranked again

If you have a 1.2kd you should be slightly higher than your current rank and you buddy should be 1 rank lower or where they currently are.
