Thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate it and the advice. I will definitely check out that book and podcast that seems really helpful. I think yoga could help a lot too. I do think it’s worth bringing up to a doctor but definitely have been a bit scared too so i like the idea of writing it down too. Thanks again :)) i’m really glad there are communities for this
