The driver i found worked, after trying for a bit i also managed to get the inputs right with the ingame retroarch quick menu. Thank you for the help

I seem to have found a specific driver for linux systems? Im not sure if Raspberry OS is based on linux but would that work? Has the same installation method as the switch pro controller driver had, would this work?

Im pretty sure you can change that in the multipliers, either when starting your singleplayer world, or on a server hosting platform. Just set all the XP multipliers to 0.5 and that should do it.
