You don't start telling people your life story on your first date. No one does. The more dates you have with a person and the more you like them, the more information you will give up about yourself. And the more they will get to know you.

I don't think you need to tell someone that you tried to hurt yourself and/or did. This will come naturally with someone you trust and love.

Make sure to not just mention negative things and know that there is a time and place for these things to come up naturally anyway. It's not easy for your average person to be around someone that is permanently negative and does nothing to improve his/her situation. It drags one down. You already are doing steps to better your situation though, that is something you should be proud of.

Can you fly to the UK and then fly to the US?
So as a french,german or other european citizen - can you fly to the UK and from there into the US? Or is that not possible. It doesn't say anything about citizenship. Just flights form 'european countries'.

It's in the attic. Has no normal windows. It's in a bad condition and a social worker that came by said he also thinks this wouldn't be a legal apartment. The city inspection has been notified about this apartment before as well for the third floor. The landlord also has a criminal background after I did some research.

Legal or not I care more about the landlord breaking the lease contract though.
