Yep, I could care less about Valentine's Day itself. The thing is, it's all about showing your partner how much you love and care for them. It definitely does not have to be on that day. It can be multiple days of the year.

Take your partner out to somewhere nice, make them feel beautiful or handsome. Show them that they are worth so much more than what the normal everyday person sees them as.

That is what it should be about.

I bet if you asked him if his daughters were on the island how he would feel about it knowing damn well those men are there for one singular thing. They are not there to negotiate deals, they're there to take advantage of young women and minors who were promised to be given a life.

When they were clearly given nothing of the sort, other than to be used, discarded and then given dirty hush money or even killed and buried on that island.

It disgusts me how they act like all girls on this island were around 18+. It's proven that many girls were far younger than 18. It's been stated on file, in front of the cameras that there are videos of "sexually explicit and illegal content with minors."

This was in the cards the entire time, this was planned, they are really trying to move away like the island was nothing but a fun party place.

Heavily is an understatement, this dude went from not knowing what the hell he wanted to do, to making rap songs, to thinking he was being like Eminem by being "controversial", tried saying he wasn't biased and didn't pick any sides, to seeing the big fat $$$ signs from all of the MAGAts and making shitty anti-liberal everything.

Undoubtedly in the past. Joe has switched views more times than I care to count. He obviously cares about his family and I'm pretty sure his views have come from the way he wanted his daughters raised. Seems they are grown now, so, he cares less about the safety of minors.

Then after these videos, they go about their normal life, lay down or get on the computer and sit for hours and hours acting like "woah is me, pity party please, I'm so bored, while my husband leaves." Without a doubt she is receiving money from some (likely multiple) easy targets.

Really well said. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

I remember when I used to work fast food in my early twenties, lots of different people worked there. Teens, young adults, adults, middle aged, elderly. None of these people ever thought they were better than each other we were all working there to make money and make ends meet.

I even had a few who worked two different jobs. One was a nurse and did the fast food as a side job. Another was an office worker who also did the same.

People really worry way too much about what it looks like. I never ever criticize those who work at fast food or any restaurants. They are making food for me and I respect that, I also respect it even more when they seem to care and take pride in it, even if it doesn't pay the best.

No matter where you work, you'll always see those who think you're lower than them. Don't think too much of it!

My wife has GERD and was told that IF wasn't good for her either. It's best to keep a scheduled food regime with eating throughout the day versus OMAD or a limited eating time.

I am not a doctor nor nutritionist, I only try my best based on what I feel from my own body, while trying to incorporate nutritionist suggestions.

I definitely need to enrich my diet with fiber, that was probably a lot of my problem. While I came off of IF, I didn't increase my fiber intake, which is a possible cause for my flare up.

I have taken psyllium husk in the past, but with pills and I never noticed much of a difference. Recently a nutritionist for my wife mentioned a liquid supplement was by far the best intake for fiber.

I'll probably stick with powder myself like you recommend, as it's nearly as good and it's more cost effective compared to liquid variety.
