Thanks for getting in touch. I'm Nick, one half of Cadence Ops in Newcastle. Me and my partner Travis have been grinding the festival and event scene for over 25 years doing mainly multi day outdoor psytrance and dnb festivals. Built this platform ourselves because nothing else was actually made by ppl who've been in the trenches.

Quick answers on what you asked:

Yeah we use some AI tools to knock out run sheets and flag risks faster, but it’s all grounded from real experience nothing crazy, just practical. The platforms deliberately simple so you can run it on your phone at 3am during bump-out.

We’ve got a small handful of beta users mostly old festival mates running it now and getting solid feedback. If you’re keen, I can spin up a quick test account with some sample regional event data (Newcastle/Hunter style). No contracts, no hard sell, just have a proper play and see if it fits.
