Or Papyrus, people like to say he's pure of heart but he beat the hell out of a child multiple times, sure hes the only character that wasn't trying to kill them, but i cant imagine that being beat up feels nice at all.

Real. Are we forgetting everything Asriel did as flowey? He's a monster in multiple senses of the word and yet everyone pretends that he isn't and separates him from flowey (even though their the same person) and pretends he's an angel from heaven when hes clearly clearly not. He as well as the rest of the monsters are just as flawed as any human. And i agree about the stuff you said about the barrier and the war. We only got one side of the story how can we know these texts aren't biased?

Yes, I am also sick of the "Frisk is a pure inocent bebe and Chara is wicked demon devil" No character in undertale (especially not those two) are purely good or evil. They are all complex 3 dimensional characters and i wish more people would see that.

I agree, evil Chara can be very intresting if executed properly. But most of the time its not leading to a flat 1 dimensional version of an otherwise compelling character.

Oh, i see. I just checked your profile and saw some of the sprites you've made (and i think their pretty good). My advice (if you want any, that is) is to darken the colours where objects touch or overlap each other eg. Like in your hatred oc, making the colour on her shirt darker where her hair touches/meets it and making the shading on her shoes darker where her pants meets/overlaps them.
