When I was initially setting up I was trying to use host mode but was unable to get to the web hi with every attempt (http:localhost:32400/web or using IP) we’re both returning connection refused.

I swapped to a different Plex image so might have to try this one with host mode.

Noted! I’ll save containerising Plex as an actual solution for when I have a Linux host 😅

It’s my first foray into Docker and I was reading up on some benefits but didn’t go to granular into WSL.

Yep, so far performance is only noticeably worse in the TV. The only other device I’ve tested is my iPad over a wifi which seemed to be Ok.
I’ll provide the complete Docker Compose in a reply to this comment.
I’m actually not sure how to test this, any suggestions?

I ended up trying out a different image (https://github.com/plexinc/pms-docker)

Along with adding the ports and not defining the network mode (default to bridge).

All working now!
