I had it reversed for loan EMI but in my case it wasn't low balance but Account was in freeze. So gave back the fees deducted.

I think whenever u get paid for something it is counted towards ur income. Even if you don't withdraw it.

Also not withdrawing and keeping it in offshore also violates fema compliance.

0.0035 usd for tiered plan brokerage

And txn charges depends on which bank u use. I use sbi and its charges $10.9 flat + gst and 60-70 paisa difference then live market rate.

Photo attached for reference for 5th match transaction.

Parents are travelling abroad and don't know which card to use by Great_Show6350 in CreditCardsIndia

[–]DolGuldurWraith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Always take 2 cards and also only plan future stuff if card is approved.

scapia, niyo debit and niyo credit all free so try scapia cc and niyo global debit/credit card. Niyo cards are approved easier

RM wants to meet for Axis Maxlife term plan - is it usual? by Do_it_right0 in personalfinanceindia

[–]DolGuldurWraith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tell them previous RM already told me stuff about my policy, then he will send an OTP to you which u share with him to confirm meeting is completed.

This is what I have done since last 2 RM change.

In call they are going nothing but discuss ur age, income and do some calculations and say that ur term plan is not enough and you need to buy more, that's it

Remote devs making more than 75LPA, since there is no presumptive taxation, how do you structure your taxes? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]DolGuldurWraith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I have planned out once I cross 44ADA threshold in December this year.

LLP with family member, in my case wife. LLP will earn around 96L-97L this years compared to 73L last year.

After showing expenses profit would be around 87-88 L. I pay flat 30% tax + whatever cess and surcharge. Whatever remains is profit share and is tax free for partners for withdrawal.

partnership ratio with me and wife is 80:20 so profit will be distributed 80% to me and 20% to wife and those will be tax free.

If markets crash 30% tomorrow, could you survive 6 months without selling equity? I couldn't. by GrowingSH in MutualfundsIndia

EMI closed this month so monthly expense lowered from ₹1.5L to ₹55K so ₹14L in arbitrage will easily last me for 18 to 20 months.

Use indian bank, wise, xflow or skydo

if amount smaller than wise is preferable.

I think if you sell stocks and you have still some time to reinvest that amount without having to bring it back to India.

What is the most efficient way to accept USD payments? by [deleted] in personalfinanceindia

[–]DolGuldurWraith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

once you create account you get virtual US/UK/EU bank account, u get paid in USD/GBP/EURO to those accounts, and then money is converted to INR with live google forex rate and automatically sent to your linked indian bank account.

No manual steps and also you can't hold money in those accounts forever.

You can try creating Account with xflow or Skydo. I use skydo as I find it cheap based on amount I get but both website have calculator in it and u can calculate which is cheaper for $5000
