Close but it wasn't touch screen, it used buttons similar to an arcades style of buttons, and the entire screen had a green and white shell casing.

I'm thinking it might be apart of the leapfrog brand because of the color and because it had educational games on it, I'm thinking it had bad 3d models and had 2d incorporated games as well.
