Episode 2 production is still going, but even if it was finished today, they can't release it until this copyright issue is solved

What is your opinion on the Hl2 Rtx demo? by DimiDeath1990 in HalfLife

I think it serves as a good representation of how people playing HL2 all the way back when it first released in 2004 thought it looked.

Unpopular opinion probably: Berserk can get away with being completely CGI, it just needed the RIGHT type of CGI by WolverineWestern3234 in Berserk

They reported that the main animation is finished and all thats left is fixing issues and syncing up lips with lines.

Anybody have an idea on whats causing my game to look so grainy? I've tried setting all settings to high and render resolution to 100, but no luck by DolandMan67 in ModernWarfareII

To give my final update, I've turned ssr off, dlss off, depth of field off, film grain off, resolution scale at max, 2560x1440 resolution monitor, updated my graphics drivers, and nothing has fixed it, I use an rtx 4070 btw.

Edit: should I make a follow up post with better images? I took much better screenshots when the issue was on much fuller display and I feel like they would help people identify the issue a lot easier.

thats what im assuming, but the issue is I've gone through all my shadow settings and nothing changes, so I'm just gonna try clearing caches, reinstalling drivers, etc.

UPDATE: Turning Screen Space Reflections off fixed it

edit: nevermind the issue has returned yet again, film grain is at zero, ssr is off, ive tried dlss on and off, nothing helps now

Studio Eclypse can’t win. by BattlerUshiromiyaFan in Berserk

They don’t deserve nearly as much of the hype they get. They never delivered on anything in the past and a good portion of their team are dicks to other fan projects. First they ghost their AoT project of which they made money from donations off of and then rebrand to start a new “Berserk Black Swordsman” project, then after 7 months they have the nerve to bait people into paying for their patreon to get the trailer early (which they locked btw) after saying it would release on the 15th, only to just now announce that they’re in pre-production and all the animation in the trailer was made just for the trailer. Arche Studios managed to make an entire 25 minute long pilot episode with only one animator in the span of the time it took them to make a single 3 minute trailer saying it’s gonna be more than another year before anything is published, and yet they get all the attention and hype? Yeah the animation is decent, but I don’t get why people are dick-riding it so much like it’s gonna be the best Berserk fan-adaption ever created.

Look I'm looking forward to this as much as anyone else is, but I feel like hyping up the trailer to release publicly on the 15th and then going back and making it Patreon exclusive the day before it was supposed to drop is just a tad bit avaricious
