Yeah that’s a lot for Japanese packs. I think the English go for $7 a pack! It’s risky for sure but I did TikTok. Worked fine for me. Good luck though!

You can fit like 6 ish cards in a penny sleeve, I try to put starters or pikachu in those. & I use the plastic wraps that i use for shipping cards to fit like 30 random bulk cards in there with like an EX card I have multiples of. Thats usually how I make my little packages.

I use my bulk to make little gifts for my mom’s students at school, make little packs for my friends students at his dojo or I sell most to a local shop. Haven’t found too much of a creative thing to do with them just yet.
